Shipping and Returns
Shipping charges will be added to your order based on the shipping country. While we've ensured the highest accuracy, these charges may vary and should this be the case, you will be informed of it directly. Undamaged products may be returned in original condition within 31 days of purchase. All shipping back to Maqaroon must be paid for by the customer. We reserve the right not to refund if the returned products are not in a resale-able condition.   

Damaged Products
All products are shipped from Maqaroon in pristine condition in secure packaging so we hope this won't happen to any customer. Maqaroon is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Should problems arise, please contact info [at] maqaroon.com. We will aim to provide you with a replacement or refund but are under no obligation to do so, depending on circumstance.

Delivery service
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and are able to send your order either you home or to your place of work. If you have a registered account, you can use the address book option to keep track of shipping and billing addresses.

Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 4 pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of Austrian bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days. We aim to deliver within 3 working days but sometimes due to high order volume certain in sales periods this may take an extra day or two. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Please allow 21 days before contacting customer service.

All orders are sent out via Österreichische Post AG (Austrian postal system). Unless requested at checkout, small parcels will be sent via regular mail, without needing to be signed for. Large parcels must be signed for and will come with an ID number which you will receive with your dispatch confirmation email. For all recorded deliveries, it's your responsibility to ensure that there is someone present, or arrange for alternate delivery/pickup service. Maqaroon will not be held responsible for parcels that go missing due to local failure of collection or extenuating circumstances such as natural catastrophe or postal strikes. 

Customs
Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs charges which the customer must pay themselves. These costs vary depending on country and parcel value so for further inquiries please contact your local custom authority.
